Natural organo-mineral fertilizer · Anti-stress agent

Protects the harvest when the field burns in the heat

Zhyva Rosteko is a liquid organo-mineral anti-stress fertilizer based on natural bischofite brine from the Poltava deposit (Ukraine), potassium humate and a plant-derived organic extract. It supports photosynthesis and crop resilience through heat and drought — and is applied in a tank mix, with no separate machinery pass.

What it is

Nutrition and anti-stress in one solution

Zhyva Rosteko combines three natural components. Bischofite brine from the Poltava deposit supplies the plant with available magnesium — the central atom of chlorophyll — and a broad complex of trace elements in natural proportions. Potassium humate provides humic and fulvic acids that support the crop through heat and water stress and improve nutrient uptake. A plant-derived organic extract adds readily available organic matter. Together they form a ready-to-use foliar feed that works in the critical growth stages — exactly when heat threatens the yield most.

Anti-stress in heat and drought

Magnesium keeps the photosynthetic apparatus working, while humic and fulvic acids help the plant get through peak temperatures and recover faster.

No separate pass

Compatible with most pesticides and herbicides: added to the scheduled tank mix. Zero additional application costs — no extra fuel, no extra machine hours.

Natural base

Natural mineral brine, potassium humate and a plant-derived organic component. Hazard class IV (low-hazard substances), neutral pH 7.0–8.0 — gentle on the leaf.

Origin story

Science grown from the land

The foundation of Zhyva Rosteko was created by Serhii Hnidenko — a PhD-level scientist, inventor and author of the formula. Starting in 1998, he experimented with natural mineral and plant components on his own land and observed the same result year after year: a stronger root system, better crop resilience to stress, and higher yields than on untreated plots.

Since 1998

More than 25 years of observation and experiments — from a family garden to commercial fields.

A scientist behind the formula

The recipe was created by a PhD-level researcher — a scientific approach combined with decades of hands-on farming.

A family endeavour

Today the technology is developed by LLC ZHYVA, led by founder Oleksandr Hnidenko. A Ukrainian technology for Ukrainian land.

Naturally occurring trace elements

Thanks to the bischofite base, the product additionally contains a natural complex of trace elements (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, sulfur, bromine) at trace concentrations — as a natural background of the mineral base rather than a declared nutrient dose.

Three components — one action

Bischofite supplies magnesium and trace elements, potassium humate provides humic and fulvic acids, and the plant-derived organic component contributes organic matter. The formula is standardized under the technical specification, and each batch is confirmed by laboratory analysis.

The results above come from single-replicate demonstration trials on commercial fields without statistical replication. Payback ratios are calculated from farm-signed trial protocols. Actual gains depend on soil fertility, variety or hybrid, seasonal weather and adherence to the application technology.

Dilute the working solution with water of pH no higher than 8.5. A standard compatibility test is recommended before preparing large tank-mix volumes. The full schedule is set out in TU U 20.1-45650178-001:2026.

Questions and answers

What agronomists ask most often

Does application require a separate machinery pass?
No. Zhyva Rosteko is applied in a tank mix together with scheduled crop-protection treatments — herbicides, fungicides, insecticides: the components do not affect each other. There are no additional application costs — the fertilizer goes in the same sprayer pass you already make. A standard compatibility test is recommended before preparing large mix volumes.
What is the fertilizer made of?
It is a natural organo-mineral fertilizer based on natural bischofite brine from the Poltava deposit — a source of available magnesium and a natural complex of trace elements — plus potassium humate and a plant-derived organic extract. The composition is standardized under TU U 20.1-45650178-001:2026; the product belongs to hazard class IV (low-hazard substances).
How much does a full per-hectare cycle cost, and does it pay off?
The full cycle includes seed treatment (180 ml/ha), soil application (1.5 L/ha) and two foliar applications (400 ml/ha each). At August 2026 grain purchase prices, the full cycle pays for itself with a yield gain of about 100 kg/ha of wheat or 40–50 kg/ha of sunflower. For comparison: in our demonstration trials the gain was 1,100 kg/ha on wheat and 2,800 kg/ha on barley — ten times and more above the break-even level. Exact pricing for your volume is available on request.
Are there farm references I can check?
Yes. The Farm Results section lists specific farms in the Poltava region with trial figures — you can call the listed contacts and ask about their experience directly. We also publish photo reports and video testimonials signed by farm managers there.
Will the fertilizer scorch leaves?
Not when rates are followed. The working solution has a neutral pH of 7.0–8.0, and no phytotoxicity was observed in trials. Applying the undiluted product or greatly exceeding the rates may cause leaf scorch due to the chloride content, so follow the application schedule.
Which crops is it suitable for?
Cereal, oilseed and industrial crops: maize, winter wheat, sunflower, soybean, barley. A separate schedule applies to ornamental and indoor plants: a 0.2–0.3% aqueous solution (20–30 ml per 10 L of water) for spraying or watering.
How should it be stored, and what is the shelf life?
The guaranteed shelf life is 24 months from the production date with intact packaging. Store at +5 to +35 °C in closed, dry premises; do not freeze; keep away from food and feed.
Is it a fertilizer or a biostimulant?
The product is registered as an organo-mineral fertilizer. In its mode of action it combines mineral nutrition (magnesium, potassium, nitrogen, boron) with anti-stress support from humic and fulvic acids — which is why we describe it as an anti-stress fertilizer.
